School Advisory Council Meeting Date 

A reminder to the St Mary’s School Advisory council, our next meeting is;  

Wednesday 4th June at 5:30pm in the Staffroom.  

Meeting Focus: Child Safeguarding  

Master Plan Updates 

St Mary’s prides itself on having impressive facilities and grounds. In line with our master plan we are currently planning and improving;  

• Street view (Bridlington Ave) signage to share reminders with our community  
• Constructing a Sensory Play space in the Healy community  
• Designing and reviewing our outdoor external sensory play space – refurbishment of the Rock garden   
• Revisiting concepts and possibilities with the Campaspe Council for an additional car park and pick up access

Fete Preparation Volunteers  

Our Fete team met last week and we have mapped out our plan and actions to get all aspects of our fete underway! We have many bookings for rides, entertainment, food and stalls!  

Currently, our fete team members are networking with our community to seek fete sponsorship. If you are a business who is interested in sponsoring our fete, check out the amazing packages we have on offer! We look forward to connecting with our community and sharing who and what we do!
