The College has begun preparations for the Semester One Reports, which will be available for download via SEQTA in Week 10 of this term.
These reports provide students and families with a clear overview of academic progress, highlighting achievements and identifying areas for future focus. Reports for Years 10 to 12 will be released at the start of the week, with Years 7 to 9 following shortly after.
We encourage all students to use this opportunity to reflect on their learning and set meaningful goals for the second half of the year.
The second round of Parent–Student–Teacher Interviews will take place on Monday, 21 July, from 12:00 pm to 7:00 pm. This is a valuable opportunity for families to engage in meaningful conversations about student progress and future learning goals.
Please note that this day will be a Home Study Day for all students not attending interviews. Interviews will be conducted face-to-face, and students are expected to attend with their parents/carers, dressed in full College winter uniform.
Booking details and further information will be shared with families in the final week of this term via SEQTA and email.
The transition from Year 10 into senior secondary schooling is a significant step, and Term 2 into Term 3 marks a key period in planning for Year 11, Year 12, and beyond.
The subject selection process will begin with a Year 10 Assembly on Wednesday, 18 June, where students will receive important information about the pathways and subjects available in Year 11, along with guidance on how to navigate the course selection process.
An online Subject Selection Information Evening for Year 10 students and their parents will be held on Monday, 30 June at 6:00 pm via Microsoft Teams. This session will provide a comprehensive overview of the subject selection process and give families the opportunity to explore the options available for 2026. We encourage all families to attend this important event from the comfort of home.
The process will conclude with Course Selection Interviews on Monday, 4 August, where each Year 10 student and a caregiver will meet with College staff to finalise subject choices. More details about these interviews will be shared during the online presentation in Week 10.
Please mark these key dates in your calendar and stay engaged in this important stage of your child’s educational journey.

A huge thank you to the following people for assisting with the Year 11 and 12 Semester 1 exam supervisions. We could not have done it without you! It is wonderful to have such a caring and connected community at the College.
Thank you to Leya Binoy, Greg Rogers, Fr John, Flavia Dias, Inoka Ratnasekera, Althea Magee and Vashini Miranda.
Mr P Murphy
(Deputy Principal Years 8 & 11)
Staff and students are in the final stages of their Year 9 Camp preparations as the camp will be taking place in the final week of Term 2 from Tuesday 1 July until Friday 4 July 2025. The camp is a compulsory activity that provides an excellent opportunity for students of varying camping experience and levels of confidence to come together in a supportive environment, and for students and staff to build positive relationships in an extended social and cooperative setting.
Those students who are unable to attend camp are still required to attend school during the camp week. An alternate program will be organised for the week.
All Year 9 Camp details have been communicated to students and parents. At the start of this term, Year 9 students attended an informative assembly led by Ms Tamin Mengal, the camp facilitator and representative from the Outdoor Education Group. A letter with details and significant dates was given to students and also sent out via SEQTA from our College Year 9 Camp co-ordinator, Mr Nicholas Roberts. On Tuesday 13 May, we had an online meeting with parents, carers and Year 9 students. This meeting covered important details about the camp including the program, clothing and equipment requirements, medical considerations and an outline of the organisational details. Mr Roberts sent out a link to the recording of the meeting via SEQTA. Thank you to Tamin and Nicholas for their organisation and time.
A reminder that Monday 30 June is the day preceding the camp and is a mandatory school day. Part of this day has been set aside for students to participate in several small group activities to help prepare them for the Year 9 Camp experience. All Year 9 students are required to participate on this day and to wear their full College Tracksuit with their House shirt.
The Year 12 Retreat will take place on Tuesday 10 June at Integrity House in Osborne Park. It is a compulsory Year 12 event and students will be transported to and from the location. The theme of the Year 12 Retreat is developing an ongoing relationship with God as students transition into their adult life and it will be one of the final times prior to Graduation for the year group to come together and participate in a unique student experience. Students are required to wear their College sports uniform including their College tracksuit, but can also wear their Leavers’ Jackets on the day. Further information, including details of what students need to bring, has been sent by Ms Margaret Kyd through Consent2Go.
Our Parent Committee will be hosting a Parent Seminar on Managing Online Behaviour (ThinkUKnow presentation) on Wednesday 11 June 2025 from 6.30 pm to 7.30 pm. All parents, carers and teachers are encouraged to attend. Please note that this seminar is not suitable for children due to the nature of the topics discussed.
ThinkUKnow Australia is an evidence-based education program delivered nationally to prevent online child sexual exploitation.
ThinkUKnow Australia is a partnership between the Australian Federal Police, Microsoft Australia, Datacom and the Commonwealth Bank of Australia. The program is delivered in collaboration with policing partners New South Wales Police Force, Northern Territory Police, Queensland Police, South Australia Police, Tasmania Police, Western Australia Police, as well as Neighbourhood Watch Australasia.
The presentation will be delivered by a local law enforcement member and an industry volunteer. The presentation is pro-technology and addresses topics including self-generated child abuse material, online grooming, sexual extortion, and importantly encourages help-seeking behaviour.
This is a fantastic opportunity for you to learn more about young people and the online environment, and how you can help them to be safe and responsible users of technology.
If you are interested in attending, please complete this form by 10 June 2025:
