Leadership Centre

Highlight

Salamat Siang,

Time flies when you're having fun!

This week in the Leadership Centre, the Year 5/6 students have been putting the finishing touches on their creative narratives, ready to publish them on Seesaw. They have worked incredibly hard throughout the writing process; editing, refining, and enhancing their narratives to make them truly engaging.

In Maths, students have been exploring volume and capacity, learning to convert between different units of measurement. They have started an exciting mini-project called Splash World, where they design a swimming pool. As part of this project, they determine the pool’s dimensions and calculate the volume and capacity of water it can hold.

Last but not least, it has been wonderful to meet with students and families during 3-way conferences. The Year 5/6 teachers have loved hearing all the fantastic things students have enjoyed and reflected on throughout Term 1.

Wishing you a great week ahead!
