Immunisations - Year 10 students

A link has been emailed to Year 10 families to enable you to register for the Immunisation program.  

Cards are also available at the office. 

A reminder that this needs to be completed whether your student/s will be having the immunisation or not.

Immunisations will take place on Thursday 27th March.
