Year 1 - Camp Day

On Monday 3rd March, our Year 1 students had an exciting Camp Day filled with fun and adventure! We started the day letting our imaginations run wild discussing what we would love to do if we went on a camping adventure, before making a camp-themed with shapes. We then set off on a scavenger hunt, searching for items we might see on a camping trip and working together to crack the code. Using craft materials and glow sticks, we created our very own fireflies that lit up just like the real ones. Our physical motor skills were put to the test as we navigated a challenging obstacle course, and to finish off the day, we made some yummy camp treats to enjoy together. What an incredible day of teamwork, creativity, and fun!
