ST PAT'S RACE DAY

TONY HALEY - APPLIED LEARNING COORDINATOR

The VM Year 11 class were responsible for providing a food service at the St Pat's Race day on March 16.  Students made green Thai curry, butter chicken , home made sausage rolls and also had BBQ items for sale.  

A big thank-you to Mel Brooks for helping out Mr Haley with the recipes and other much appreciated assistance.
