Term 3 Highlights

After a fun-filled and busy Term 3, the P&F committee is ready to take a well-earned break over the school holidays. We’ve had some fantastic events and would like to share a few highlights:

Father’s Day Breakfast: A big thank you to all the dads who joined us for our annual Junior School Father’s Day breakfast. With your support, we raised an impressive $710.19! The Junior School Council chose to donate these funds to ‘The Long Run’, an event supporting the Prostate Cancer Foundation Australia making a meaningful contribution to our community. https://www.thelongrun.org.au/s/15981/18703 ,

Ball Games Event: Last Friday, our Junior School students enjoyed their annual ball games, and we were delighted to host a BBQ for everyone attending. With delicious treats on offer, we raised over $500, which will be put towards purchasing a new BBQ for future events.

Footy Pie Drive: As our popular annual pie drive wraps up for another year, we hope you all enjoy your pies during the term break. Thank you to everyone who placed an order – your support is always appreciated. We will be able to confirm the funds raised in Term 4.

What's Coming in Term 4

Christmas Carols: Mark your calendars for our end-of-year celebration with the Christmas Carols! This year, it’s a whole-school event, and we would love any extra hands to help make the night even more special!

For those new to the school this year, the P&F Committee is a team of dedicated parents, teachers, and friends of the Huntingtower community. We volunteer our time to organise events that bring us all together and also help raise funds for the school. However, we always welcome more helping hands, as juggling work, family, and school can be busy! If you can lend a hand throughout the year, we’d be incredibly grateful.
