On Friday, 20 September, students in Prep to Grade 6 participated in the Footy Colours Day at Heidelberg Park. Students were able to exercise their kicking, handballing and marking skills in a variety of different activities and games. We extend a thank you to the Year 11 Sport and Recreation students from Marcellin College who planned and facilitated the exciting activities for our students to participate in. Students were also lucky enough to meet 3 current AFLW Western Bulldogs players (Analea McKee, Brittney Gutknecht and Sarah Hartwg) who came and participated in the activities with the students. We also thank the PIC for providing all students with a zooper dooper in celebration of the end of term.
On Friday 15 November, St John's Tabloid Sports Day is taking place. It is an exciting time for our Grade 6 students to coordinate and run various sporting activities and games for all students in Prep to Grade 5.
