Principal's Message

Welcome back to all our wonderful students, teachers, parents, and carers to Term 4! We hope you had a restful break and are ready for an exciting and productive term ahead. Whether you're in your first or final year of supporting your child/children, let's work together to make the most of this final stretch of the year. Here's to a term full of learning, growth, and achievements.

SunSmart: As the weather warms up, Term 4 is a SunSmart term, meaning all students are required to wear a school hat when outside. To help protect your children from the sun, I highly encourage you to pack sunscreen in their bags so they can reapply it throughout the day. Students will have access to sunscreen in each classroom and sports (PE) times have been adjusted to before lunch.  Let’s all work together to stay sun-safe while enjoying the beautiful weather!

UNIFORM: NO fake nails - NO smartwatches

We are noticing an increased number of students attending school out of uniform. Our school uniform plays an important role in fostering a sense of unity and belonging. It helps create an environment of equality and inclusivity by eliminating visible markers of socioeconomic or social status, ensuring that every student starts their day on an equal footing. We kindly remind all students and families of the importance of wearing the correct school uniform each day to maintain this shared sense of community and pride. Thank you for your cooperation!

FOUNDATION 2025

This week, we were thrilled to welcome our 2025 Foundation students to their very first Foundation Transition Day, and what a delight they were! It was wonderful to see them proudly wearing their St. Joseph's T-shirts, making new connections, and enjoying a little taste of school life. If there’s anything we can do to support you or your child during this exciting transition, please don’t hesitate to reach out to the office. We’re here to help make the start of their school journey as smooth as possible!
