Welcome to the first fortnightly Sports Round Up. Here you will find information about PE, upcoming sports events and sporting achievements both in and outside the school. Also the winner of the Good Sports Award. 

It’s been a great first two weeks of PE with the children learning about the expectations and values behind our sport and PE program. Furthermore they have provided information about what new sports equipment and games they would like to have and play. They have also set personal goals in a variety of exercises and skills and had fun playing with the giant parachute and juggling balls. 

It has been fantastic to hand out the ‘Good Sport’ medal in each grade to people who participated fairly and their best and supported each other. The first overall weekly winner of this award was Bentley S. Well done!

I’m sure there will be lots of fun, skill building and best efforts in our upcoming sports and PE activities.
