John XXIII Netball Club

Well, it’s been a crazy start to the netball year. First, we had heatwave conditions, and then last Saturday, we had rain. Sunday was perfect netball weather.

Registrations are now closed for all year groups.

Thank you to everyone for registering within the required time frame.

Refund Policy

Withdrawals must be received via email by 5pm Friday, 8 March 2024 to be eligible for a refund.  

• A $25 grading fee will be deducted from all secondary school refunds.
• A $5 finance & administration fee will be deducted from all primary school refunds.

Refunds for the Netball Australia and Netball WA portion of the fees will be reimbursed directly by Netball WA. 

Netball Australia and Netball WA charge an administration fee on all withdrawal refunds.

NetSetGo refunds will have the cost of the promotional pack deducted from the refund.

Grading

There is no grading this weekend. 

Pre-season Fitness

Fitness training is highly recommended. There is no registration, just show up and sign in on the day. Fitness sessions are held on the oval below the netball courts.

• Wednesday 6 and Friday 8 March at 7:15am – 8:00am 

Training

Begins on 19 and 21 March at John XXIII College on the courts next to E block (Year 7). College sports uniform is to be worn to training. Training is compulsory, times are:

• Primary training will be advised by the coach.
• Years 6, 7, 8 & 9       Thursdays 3:30pm – 5:00pm
• Years 10, 11 & 12     Tuesdays 3:30pm – 5:00pm

Code of Conduct

Bad behaviour, bad language and bad attitudes by players are not acceptable and will not be tolerated. If players are heard swearing or seen behaving badly on court they will be sidelined for the remainder of the session.

Please ensure your daughters are aware of the rules and expectations. Attached is our Code of Behaviour for all participants.
