This week your child has brought home a Semper Dental form. Semper Dental will visit our school with their dental van on Friday 22nd and Monday 25th March.

Please read the information on the form carefully. 

The free check up is only for eligible students. If your child is not eligible, they can still receive a dental check up, however you will be charged $99 for each visit. Semper Dental carries out the check ups twice a year and will return in Term 3 to complete the second dental check. You can contact Semper Dental directly if you have any questions. 

If you wish for your child to participate in the Semper Dental programme, please fill in the form and return to school by Friday 15th March. Spare forms are available from the school office.
