This award goes to Sanuthi for the enthusiasm she exhibited at our excursion to the Melbourne Aquarium on Monday. Sanuthi took the time to carefully look at all the exhibits and ask questions to improve her understanding. Well, done Sanuthi!

Maddie B. - 1/2F

This award goes to Maddie for her narrative writing this week. You have planned a wonderful story using a story mountain structure about a little chick going down a mysterious alley. You are making good use of adjectives and onomatopoeia in your sizzling start! I look forward to your finished narrative. Well done Maddie!

Saneth H.  - 1/2K

This award goes to Saneth for the interest and enthusiasm he displayed during our excursion to the Aquarium. Saneth took the time to read the information on display and learn about the sea creatures he was looking at. You have started Term 4 with a great attitude towards your learning Saneth, keep up the great work.

This award goes to Hannah for consistently demonstrating the HEART value of Excellence. This week she worked hard to plan, write and revise a procedure explaining how to make a chicken wrap. She organised her writing well and used lots of detail so her reader would be able to follow the procedure easily. Keep up the great work, Hannah!

This award is presented to Leila for showing the HEART value of Excellence in her data and graphing work. She has worked hard, stayed focused, and did an amazing job creating clear and informative graphs. Fantastic work, Leila!

This award goes to Sosefina for being an outstanding role model. Throughout the year, Sosefina has excelled in her position as House Captain. Whether it’s organising sports equipment for students during recess or helping fellow House Captains tally house points, Sosefina completes every task with a positive attitude.  Fantastic work, Sosefina!

Harry M. - Visual Arts

This award goes to Harry for his wonderful picture of a daisy. Harry worked creatively when learning to blend soft pastels. After experimenting with a variety of colours, Harry chose reds and pink for the petals of his daisy. Superb work Harry!
