Bonjour.

This week, we welcomed auditors from DOSCEL to St Laurence O'Toole Primary School.

They conducted a review to ensure our school meets the registration standards and to report our compliance with the minimum standards set by the Department of Education.

This review occurs every four years, and this year, there was a strong emphasis on child safety and wellbeing, as well as infrastructure, enrolment, governance, and staff employment standards.

I would also like to acknowledge the invaluable contributions from our Leadership Team, our Teaching Team, and specifically Kim Scrimshaw and Judy Ryan for their expertise in anaphylaxis management, as well as Michaela Watt and Kylie Vuillermin. Your hard work deserves to be celebrated!

Thank you to Christy Roberts, our Acting Deputy Principal and Wellbeing Leader, for her unwavering support and dedication in coordinating our team. Christy has been instrumental in driving our preparations and keeping us all focused, and we look forward to a positive outcome in due course.

Don't forget French Day is next Friday and that there is only five and a half weeks of term left and 47 days until Christmas!!
