Year 8 Boys Volleyball 

On Tuesday 29th October, our Year 8 boys’ volleyball team took to the court at Diamond Valley Sports Stadium for the Northern Metropolitan Regional Finals. The boys showcased outstanding skill and teamwork, going undefeated in their pool matches. They opened with a strong victory against Viewbank, winning in two straight sets. Their next match against Hume Grammar proved to be a thrilling battle, with Lalor taking the first set 20-14, narrowly losing the second 16-20, and bouncing back to secure the third set 15-9.

With these wins, Lalor advanced to the final to face a formidable Eltham team. Despite a spirited and determined effort, our boys fell just short, as Eltham clinched the win. The school is immensely proud of the team's achievements and sportsmanship. A special thank you goes out to Coach Andrew and Assistant Coach Kristina for their guidance and dedication to the team
