FATHER'S DAY STALL

The P & F team are running a Father's Day stall on Thursday 4th September.  Purchasing of gifts will be via CDFpay.  A limit of 2 gifts per child.  Cut off will be Wednesday 3rd.  Please ensure that each child has their own order.

CAN YOU HELP OUT ON THE DAY OR FOR SET UP?  If you are able to assist on the day, or help with set up the day before, please let us know at the office and we will pass your offer onto the P & F team.

FATHER'S DAY BREAKFAST

Our much anticipated Father's Day Brekkie is on again......Friday 5th September.  Brekkie will be in the gym conference room.  Please place your order via CDFpay.  Please pay for each person having breakfast (including students).  You can order all brekkies via one child's account for this activity.

HOUSES AT PARLIAMENT CAMPAIGN

Bringing Awareness to Homelessness in Australia

As part of the Ending Homelessness campaign, students at St Laurence's joined thousands of Victorians in folding origami houses to raise awareness about the urgent need for more social and public housing. Each colourful paper house represents one of the 60,000 additional homes needed to meet current demand in Victoria.

Through this creative activity, students not only developed their origami skills but also deepened their understanding of the issue of homelessness, showing compassion and solidarity with the thousands of people — including children — who have no safe place to call home.
