Wellbeing

Term 3, Week 4
This week our students have continued exploring Stress Management and ways to stay positive in challenging situations.
Some classes brainstormed different activities they like to do to calm down or cheer themselves up. They discovered that these are called coping strategies. After sharing ideas, the students noticed that people have their own different coping strategies and even learned a few new ones to try. Some of the examples included, drawing, finger painting, playdough, kicking a soccer ball, dancing and cuddling a favourite toy.
