District Cross Country

On Thursday April 30th, 18 students represented Meadows Primary School at the District Cross Country event. They competed against students from other schools in our district. They ran 3km over mixed terrain.

Our students did a fantastic job of representing our school. Sadly we didn't have any one make it to the next level of competition. However, we did have one student who made the top 20 in their age group. Yasin Ayach came 13th in his age group. Considering there were nearly 50 students running, that was a massive effort!
