Parking Reminder for Families

We understand everyone is in a hurry and that parking around school zones are challenging however to help keep our school community safe and running smoothly, we’d like to remind all families of the importance of following parking rules during drop-off and pick-up times. We have recently had some community feedback regarding some of our families not following parking laws. They have also advised that they have notified City of Greater Geelong and by-law officers will be more regularly patrolling our school zone.

2-Minute Drop-Off Zone

Our 2-minute drop-off zone is designed for quick and efficient student drop-offs. Please remain in your vehicle at all times and move on promptly once your child has safely exited. This helps keep traffic flowing and ensures everyone gets through safely and on time.

Disabled Parking Spaces

Disabled parking bays are reserved strictly for vehicles displaying a valid permit. These spaces are essential for members of our community who require easy access to the school. Please be mindful and leave these spots available for those who need them.

No Double Parking

Double parking in the car park creates unsafe conditions and blocks access for other vehicles. Please only park in designated spaces and avoid stopping alongside parked cars.

No Illegal Parking

Parking in no-standing zones, on footpaths, or in clearly marked restricted areas is not permitted. These rules are in place to protect the safety of all students, families, and staff.

Respect Our Neighbours

We ask all families to be considerate of our local residents. Please do not park across driveways or block access to homes. Maintaining positive relationships with our neighbours is an important part of our school community.
