Parent Payment Policy for 2025
At the November School Council meeting, parent contribution levels were finalised. School Council made the decision not to increase the requested contribution amount from 2024, with the requested contribution remaining at $190 per student.
A copy of the Parent Payment Arrangements letter has been sent home to each family. The details are also available on the school website at the link below:
Parent contribution payments help to support the school in providing the delivery of our exceptional education programmes. Payments are gratefully accepted at the counter via cash or credit card.
Thank you for your support.
Student Medications and End of Year
If your child has medication at school, Fay will be contacting you in these last weeks to arrange the collection of the medication at the end of the school year. Fay will also supply you with a new Student Health Support Plan and a new Medication Authority Form. The break for the school holidays is the time for you to update the plans and the medication authority for your child for 2025.
If your child has asthma, along with the support plan and the medication form, Fay will also supply you with a blank Asthma Action Plan. These plans should also be updated during the term break.
At the start of next year, please bring in your child's support plan, medical authority form and asthma plan (if they require one) so that we have everything on site to care for your child's known medical situation.
Please remember, if we do not have completed medication forms and authorisation, along with plans, we should not be supplying medication for your child.
Thank you.
Happy Summer Holidays
With the long summer break in front of us, the school admin team, Fay in First Aid, Anojah in Accounts/Front Office and Monica the Business Manager, would like to extend all members of the school community the very best for the summer break. May you all enjoy the company of friends, family and those closest to you.
Enjoy the break.
