End of year tasks
- If your child is moving into Year 3 you may need to update your child's bus pass with Transport NSW. You can do this online.
- Year 6 parents need to download all student reports before the 23rd of December as this is when portal access for parents for leaving students will be cut off
Back to school requirements:
Each child will need to have their own:
- Art shirt – labelled
- Library bag
- Textas and/or special pencils they may want to use
- Highlighters - yellow, pink, green, blue for vcop writing
- Headphones or earbuds
- Extra pens / pencils as back up
- Pencil case
- Scissors
- Years 5/6 need a geometry set
- Pencil sharpener
**Homework satchels are now available through Compass for the 2025 School year. They will cost $15 and are great quality. These are not library bags but to be used for homework, sight words etc. **

Wednesday - Swimming
Thursday - Last day for Students and Staff
2025 SCHOOL FEE STRUCTURE
For 2025 there are changes to the way school fees will be billed. If you did not receive an email regarding these changes please contact the school. The following 2025 school fee schedule was also attached to the email.

Change to afternoon travel arrangements request: Please email all changes for afternoon travel arrangements to quiadmin@arm.catholic.edu.au before 2pm. This is our preferred process to ensure changes are made correctly to the travel document.
