DON’T GO VIRAL .. COLD AND FLU RECIPE BUSTERS

Being mid-way through the cold and flu season, we’re seeing and hearing many teachers and students experiencing symptoms of either the cold or the flu.

 

To prevent the onset of a scratchy tickly throat, cold chills and a runny nose, here are two nutritious, warming and comfort food recipes, filled with chilli, spices and turmeric, that are just what the good doctor ordered.
