2024 HOLY ROSARY CROSS COUNTRY RESULTS
On Wednesday the 27th of March we had our school cross country at the Botanical Gardens. It was brilliant weather for this event and every student should be very proud of their efforts. The lead up training really paid off for the children and this was evident by the participation and results. We were really impressed by students supporting each other and encouraging their peers.
Congratulations to McAuley House for winning the 2024 House Shield, by an incredible 1 point over Harte House. So the difference in the end was one point, which is what each student can achieve by just participating. A big thank you to the Grade 6 students who supported our junior races and demonstrated excellent leadership skills throughout the day. We thank the huge number of parents who attended and supported their children.
The top 5 boys and top 5 girls from Grades 3 to 6 will now be invited to represent Holy Rosary at the Division Cross Country in week 3 (Wednesday) next term. A PAM note was sent out at the start of the week with further information.
