Curriculum Updates
Welcome back to Term 4. I hope all families enjoyed a well-earned break and are feeling refreshed and ready for the final eleven weeks of the school year.
It’s always an exciting time as we head towards the end of the year, and there is plenty to look forward to. In the coming weeks we have our Celebration of the Arts evening, the Year 3/4 Camp, Dads Camp, our Transition Program for 2026, and of course, the Year 6 Graduation celebrations. Term 4 is always a time when our school feels particularly vibrant, as students balance learning with the many special events that mark the end of the year.
With the term now underway, teachers have been working hard to prepare their regular Curriculum Updates.
These documents are designed to give families a clear picture of what students will be learning in the weeks ahead.
They outline the key focuses for the next five weeks including;
The updates also include preview learningideas – practical ways families can support their child’s upcoming learning at home and give them a head start in the classroom.
The updates also feature important upcoming dates and reminders.
Each year level's Curriculum Update can be downloaded from the links below.
I encourage all families to take five minutes to read their child’s Curriculum Update and use it as a reference point throughout the term. We know that close partnerships between home and school play a vital role in helping children thrive, and these updates are a great way to stay connected with what’s happening in the classroom.
Have a great start to Term 4 – I look forward to a busy and rewarding term ahead.
