Standard 6: People working with children and young people are suitable and supported to reflect child safety and wellbeing values in practice.

Good Shepherd is committed to making sure that everyone who works with children is safe, trustworthy and supported in their role. We carefully screen, train and supervise all staff and volunteers to ensure they reflect the values of child safety and wellbeing. This standard helps us build a strong, child-safe culture where families can feel confident that their children are cared for by capable adults who prioritise safety, respect and support for every student.
