Jayla Suey

Over the Christmas school holidays, Jayla spent two weeks in Japan playing with the Australian Raptors against various high schools and universities. She gained incredible knowledge and experience playing against Japanese teams, making new friends and embracing the beautiful culture. The day Jayla landed back in Australia, she headed straight into the Waratahs Rugby Camp for Sydney North U16s team for three days, then off to Bathurst over the weekend for three more days of Rugby. Entering into the finals undefeated, unfortunately, the team went down in extra time/golden point against Sydney West. Jayla was awarded the Australia Day Junior Sportsperson of the Year for Gunnedah. Congratulations Jayla on these amazing achievements.
