ATTENDANCE – LATE ARRIVAL AND EARLY DEPARTURE
While it is important that students are at school on time every day, we know that this isn’t always possible.
If your child is arriving to school after 9.00am, they must come to the school office to sign in and collect a late pass.
This will mark them as ‘present’ at school. If a child goes straight to the classroom, they will still be marked on the roll as absent.
If you are collecting your child early for any reason, they must be signed out from the school office before collecting them from the classroom.
SICKBAY NOTIFICATION
Parents and carers will be notified via email if their child has attended sickbay.
Information will include student’s name, details of the injury, sickbay check in and check out time and treatment provided.
Parents will still be notified via phone call if your child has a knock to the head or is unwell and needs to be collected from school.
UPDATING FAMILY CONTACT DETAILS ON COMPASS
To ensure that we are able to contact you, or your emergency contacts should an emergency arise, please ensure you update your contact details in Compass.
Please check to confirm the phone numbers and email addresses on your details are correct, or alternatively amend as required.
Our office staff can support families who need some guidance on using Compass.
Have a great weekend.
