From the Dean of College

Mr Jon Cullerton

The Inspire Parent/Carer Hub content is designed to keep families engaged in the program. It includes information about the key principles of Gratitude, Empathy, Mindfulness and Emotional Literacy, along with the benefits of regularly practising these. Additionally, it offers activities that families can practise at home to support their wellbeing.

Parent/Carers Hub (no sign-up required)

Part of the Resilience Project is the Podcast - The Imperfects. These are great podcasts for adults and older teenagers with a terrific message about the importance of positive mental health. Now launching into their 7th series Hugh Van Cuylenberg and his brother Josh along with comedian Ryan Shelton interview various members of the Australian community who talk honestly about their highs and lows and with a bit of humour how they cope with the pressures of life in 2025. Two recent podcasts that I found very engaging were with Mick Fanning and another with Billy Slater.

College Photos - Monday, 19 May (week 4)

A reminder that College Photos will be taking place on Monday, 19 May (week 4). The College will try to minimise the loss of learning time but will need the cooperation of students to ensure this happens as smoothly as possible.

Families can assist us on this day by ensuring all uniform irregularities have been fixed prior to this date, full Winter uniform is worn on this day, students meet all grooming expectations (including haircuts, jewellery and for males being clean shaven) and all students follow instructions from staff calmly and without argument.
