Mr Stephen Mahoney
Today we celebrated Mother’s Day breakfast for mother’s/grandmothers across our College, including members of our staff. Thank you to those that attended this event. It was wonderful to celebrate Mother’s Day here at the College in Carmody Hall. Thank you to Mrs Hughes for her beautiful prayer she shared with our guests, students and staff and to Ms Sara Gamsaragan for the catering of this event.
The 2025 survey will take place during this term from Monday, 9 May to Friday, 13 June. Please look out for the survey which will be sent to parents via compass.
‘Tell Them From Me’ is a suite of surveys for measuring student engagement and wellbeing. The surveys are used to capture student, parent and teacher voices, providing reliable evidence for schools to use in identifying strengths and areas for improvement. I would really appreciate your feedback from this survey.
The College celebrated Founder’s Day on Friday, 2 May at Luna Park. Founder's Day presents a special moment for our St Aloysius College Cronulla community to pause and reflect on our rich history and exciting future as a Years 7-12 coeducational college. We joyfully celebrate the feast day of St John Baptist De La Salle, our inspirational Founder.
We take this opportunity to remember and deeply appreciate the profound impact of this extraordinary man. His pioneering vision sparked an educational movement that continues to touch countless lives worldwide, and our College has been steadfastly shaped and strengthened by the Lasallian Core Principles throughout its journey.
As we celebrate Founder's Day as a College community I warmly encourage each of you (parents, carers, students, staff) to fully embrace and embody these five core principles in your interactions and endeavors. Let them guide your time with us, further enriching our community and building upon the enduring legacy of St John Baptist De La Salle.
Thank you for your ongoing dedication and commitment to the values that form the very foundation of our College.
