The Bimbadeen Heights students enjoy making great choices while they are learning. Here are our latest Stars of the Week for the whole term so far!

She always has a smile on her face and shows amazing compassion by always being willing to help others, whether it’s with their learning or just cheering them up. 1	0AJ	Ayla N	Ayla is a kind-hearted and welcoming member of 0AJ. She has settled back into Term 2 with grace and has continued to foster a love for learning. Keep up the amazing work Ayla. We are extremely proud of you!
1	0MM	Hudson B	Hudson has made a great start to term 2 with his learning. He has been working hard on completing tasks and asking for help when needed. He has shown his best learning efforts and has been proud of his achievements. It’s great to see you trying so hard Hudson, well done!

1	2NW	Lotte G	Lotte is a kind and caring student in 2NW. She offers to help her teachers and friends, showing beautiful compassion. During library sessions, Lotte helps to put away the books, without being asked. Keep shining, Lotte.
1	2HD	Jack N	Jack’s compassion has been a highlight of the week in 2HD. He readily helps his classmates and creates a positive environment. Miss Dean and Mrs Hay commend his kindness and thoughtfulness.

1	4JG	Aluka F	Aluka has had a brilliant start to the term as he lightens up the classroom with his kindness and positivity. He always works hard across all subjects. He enjoyed creating a graph showing 4JG’s Favourite Food. Fantastic work Aluka!

2	1MT	Liana C	Liana always makes sensible choices that enable her to be the best learner that she can possibly be. She has demonstrated this by independently identifying strategies she needs to be able to do her best, such as moving closer to the board and working with a lap desk on the floor to help her concentration. 3	1MT	Hayley T	Hayley demonstrated fantastic teamwork multiple times this week and should be proud of her compassion and kindness towards others. She stood out during our Team Building Incursion, where she effectively communicated with her team in a respectful and polite way. Well done, Hayley!
2	1MR	Billy M	Billy has had an excellent start to Term 2. It has been great to see him showing the school value of integrity and trying his personal best to complete independent work. When he interacts with teachers and peers he always uses his best manners. Way to go Billy - keep it up!

2	3MR	Alison J	Well done for showing resilience when tackling challenging maths problems this week and never giving up, even when they seemed tricky. Her perseverance sets a great example for everyone!
3	3MR	Ayva M	Ayva is our Star of the Week for showing compassion by helping a classmate who was feeling left out during an activity in the classroom and making sure they felt included. Her kindness brightens our classroom every day!

2	4JG	Xavier R	Xavier has had a wonderful start to the term. He has been so kind and social with his friends while playing tag during playtimes. He also did an awesome job solving addition problems using the counting on strategy. Excellent work Xavier!
