Knitting a Hit in the STAR Room!

Knitting was a hit in the STAR Room on Monday lunchtime, with students enthusiastically picking up needles and yarn to learn a new craft. Several students embraced the opportunity to learn essential knitting techniques, including how to cast on and the classic “knit one, purl one” stitch.

It was wonderful to see such enthusiasm and creativity, with many enjoying the relaxing and social atmosphere the activity provided.

The Knitting Group runs every Monday at lunchtime in the STAR Room with Tina and Anna. Whether you're a complete beginner or a seasoned knitter, everyone is welcome—come along and give it a try!
