School Start and Finish times

We kindly remind all parents and guardians to please ensure that children are dropped off and picked up within our school’s operating hours. Arriving on time helps children settle into their day, attend all of their classes, and maintain continuity in their learning.

Timely pick-up at the end of the day is equally important, as it allows us to operate safely and responsibly within our scheduled hours. Your cooperation plays a vital role in supporting your child’s education and ensuring a smooth day for everyone.

Reminder to wear Hats for Term 1

It is compulsory for students to wear hats for Terms 1 & 4.

We also strongly suggest that sunscreen us applied and a water bottle is brought to school to keep hydrated.

Students are not permitted to wear hats depicting offensive or illegal logos.

Subway orders are available to students each week on a Wednesday. 

There are special Subway envelopes available at the office of either campus.  Please fill in details with the correct money included  and hand these to the Office any time before Tuesday 10:00 am each week. 

House Shirts

If your child needs a new house shirt, please fill out this form and return it with payment to your child's campus 

The cost for house shirts are $10 each.

Emerson School - Annual Privacy Reminder for our School Community

Emerson School collects and uses student and parent personal information for standard school functions or where permitted by law, as stated in the Schools’ Privacy Policy and the Schools’ Privacy Collection Notice.  These policies can be found on our website.

Our Photographing, Filming and Recording Students Policy describes how we collect and use photographs, video and recordings of students. The policy also explains when parent consent is required and how it can be provided and withdrawn. 

We ask parents to also review the guidance we provide on how we use Google Workspace for Education safely at the school and what parents can do to further protect their child’s information. If after reviewing the guidance, you have any questions or concerns regarding your child using Google Workspace for Education, please contact the school.
