Dear Elisabeth Murdoch College Community,

I would like to congratulate the Production team for their outstanding number of Nominations and Commendations from The Music Theatre Guild of Victoria for their 2024 performance of Mamma Mia! It is outstanding to be recognised for 1 award and the team has been recognised for 11 across 10 categories.

The Guilds are highly respected among the theatre community and to receive this number of nominations and commendations is an incredible achievement for EMC, the production team and the students who were involved. This achievement highlights the dedication, teamwork, and commitment of the Production Team, cast, crew, orchestra, and volunteers of the production. It can’t be forgotten that producing something this amazing comes only from incredible commitment from staff and I would like to thank Renee Taggart as the Production co-ordinator for her leadership.
