Hello Families,

As we approach the end of the year, I’d like to mention a few important reminders, to ensure the smooth running of our service.

Late Collection

 We understand that occasional delays can happen; however, we kindly ask all families to adhere to our closing time of 6:00pm. If you are unable to collect your child on time, please notify us as soon as possible. Late pick-ups may incur additional fees as outlined in our Late Collection Policy. Your cooperation is appreciated. 

Breakfast Service

A friendly reminder that breakfast is provided for children until 8:00 am. If your child requires breakfast, please ensure they arrive before this time to enjoy their breakfast. Breakfast may still be accessed until 8:15am if absolutely necessary, however arrivals after 8:15am will not be able to access the breakfast service, as this is pack up time to prepare for dismissal. 

Vacation care bookings are filling fast! Please remember to place your bookings as soon as possible to ensure you secure a spot.
