Graduation
The Year 12 Formal and Graduation held last week, were unforgettable occasions that highlighted the incredible journey our senior students have undertaken. These milestone events celebrated not only their academic achievements but also their ability to exemplify the high standards we value as a school community.
At the Formal, our students truly exemplified what we value of Thinking Big, Stepping Up, Paying it Forward and Being Kind, creating an atmosphere of joy and celebration. A fun night was held by all!
Graduation marked the culmination of years of hard work, growth, and resilience, with students demonstrating leadership and the values that define our school. It was a wonderful occasion celebrating their achievements, following the theme of ‘Under the Sea’ to reflect the depth of their journey and what is ahead. The Soiree that was held prior to the Graduation, was a lovely way to celebrate this transition, hosted by the Year 11 parents. The evening had a real sense of community and was lovely to experience.
It was also a pleasure to see so many staff come to show their support for our students at these events.
We are incredibly proud of our Year 12 cohort for the kindness, integrity, and unity they showed. They have set a wonderful example for others and have left us inspired by the bright futures that lie ahead for each of them and the amazing things they will accomplish. Congratulations once again to the Class of 2024!
2024 school leaver email account removal
At the end of the 2024 school year, students who are not returning in 2025 will lose access to their school email account.
All departing students must remove their school email address from any personal accounts. This includes social media accounts, subscriptions or if they are using it as a secondary email address for other accounts.
The department does not recommend students use their school email for personal use. However, if they have, it is vital they remove it from personal accounts prior to the end of the school year.
Failure to do so could result in students losing access to personal accounts linked to their school email address. Students who are not returning in 2025 should also be advised to remove and back-up any files associated with their school email accounts to avoid loss of access.
