The draft of the 2025 Student Resource Scheme was presented for discussion with members present at the November P&C Meeting. The motion to ratify SRS fees was carried.
Families will be provided by email, a copy of the breakdow of SRS fees for your child’s year level and explanatory notes regarding the scheme prior to the end of this school year. The SRS participation form is completed and signed by parents when enrolling their child and this covers all years of enrolment here at the school. However, should you decide to not participate in the scheme for 2025, you are required to complete the participation form provided with the SRS documents and return it to the school no later than the 28 January 2025. If families choose not to join the scheme, they must provide all resources for their child’s studies. Details of the scheme for 2025 will be on the school website prior to the end of the school year.
Please note that joining the scheme remains the most cost effective way of providing resources for students.
Invoices for Part A of the SRS will be raised in January and payment is requested within 30 days. Part B invoices will be issued in February 2025 once student’s timetables are finalised to include elective subjects.
