OurPatch - OSHC Service News 

After hearing the valuable feedback provided by our families, our schools and our teams through our surveys and ongoing conversations, we understand the challenges some families have experienced with the current platform OWNA.  We’ve listened and taken the concerns seriously and have been working diligently to find a solution to improve everyone’s experience. 

 

We are thrilled to announce that we will be transitioning to a new childcare management platform, XAP, starting from the beginning of Term 1, 2025. 

From Monday, 18th November 2024, families will begin the re-enrolment process s.

 

XAP is an all-in-one childcare management system that will allow our families to manage family details, receive communication, access online invoices and statements, and much more—all in one place! As an industry leader,  XAP is proven to save time for our team, enabling us to dedicate even more attention and care to the children. 

 

In the coming weeks, our families will receive information on the re-enrolment process that needs to occur and how this transition will take place.
