Staffing News for Primary School 2025

After many years of dedicated service to the College, Mrs Baldwin will be enjoying a well-deserved retirement. Ms Wheeler will be transitioning to Secondary School to work with some of our older students, and Mrs Fraser will also be leaving the College to move onto a new adventure. We are incredibly grateful for the wonderful gifts and talents that each of these individuals has brought to our primary school over the years - they will be greatly missed.

We are also excited to welcome some new staff members for 2025:

  • Miss Emma Verus, a K-12 trained teacher who has been working in Secondary education at the College. She has proven herself to be an exceptional teacher, and we are thrilled to have her join us in Primary.
  • Miss Zoe Glanville, who has been working as an SLSO at the College this year while studying teaching. We are excited to have her teaching with us next year.
  • Mrs Rebecca Foster and Miss Chloe Godfrey, are both experienced teachers who will bring their passion for education and love of Jesus to our College. We are excited to have them join our team!

On Wednesday K-5 students will participate in “Step Up Day” with the opportunity to visit their new classrooms and get to know the teachers. At the moment the classes for 2025 are:

The process we use to place children in classes is very thorough and takes into account many factors. We continue to follow the College policy of having teachers and Executive design classes with the learning needs, friendship groupings, and behavioural needs of each student in mind. Each student will have the opportunity to share who their friends are and who they work well with to ensure that every child has social connections in their 2025 classes.
