Science Week Open Afternoon

Thank you to all the families and friends that joined us yesterday afternoon for our open afternoon celebrating National Science Week. Each class conducted a different science experiment and it's fair to say there was a lot of fun had by all!

Foundation Transition

If your child is enrolled to begin Foundation in 2024, they will receive their confirmation letter and transition information this week. Please keep an eye out for the email that explains the dates for the Term 4 transition program and parent information sessions. This information can also be found in the attachment below. We look forward to meeting our new Foundation students!

Hello Everyone,

Arborists

You will notice that we have some arborists around the school today and tomorrow. We have had all of our trees inspected to ensure that they are healthy and safe. Some trees were identified as needing urgent care (removal or pruning) and this is the work that will be done over these days.

Please make sure you keep clear if you are nearby any areas where they are working. Teachers have let all students know what is happening and to also keep clear.

Parents / Caregivers / Guardians Survey

A reminder to all of our families, that you are invited to participate in the Parent / Caregiver / Guardian Opinion Survey. The link and PIN to complete the survey was sent to you via Compass and email on Monday 7 August.

If you are having trouble accessing the survey at home, there will be some iPads available at school for you to use. Some parents who are on School Council will have them and be available to help you before the end of the school day, from around 3pm

This will start on Tuesday 15th August.

Should you have any questions about the survey, please see the office.

A reminder to all that a person must not smoke cigarettes including e-cigarettes/vapes (regardless of whether they contain nicotine) within school grounds and within 4 metres of any pedestrian access to school premises. Smoking in these places is a fineable offence.
