Father's Day Breakfast
Come and join us for Breakfast, Hoops and Handball to celebrate our wonderful dads, stepdads, grandads, pops, and other father figures next Friday morning!

Please keep our Confirmation Candidates in your prayers. Parents of candidates, please ensure you send in the information page to your classroom teacher. This must be completed in full, so appropriate details can be passed on to the parishes.
LIBRARY NEWS
Book Week Parade
Thank you to all the parents, teachers and students that joined in on the fun to celebrate Book Week at our Book Week parades today. It was great to see so many families join us, and we hope you enjoyed the celebration!

Early Bird Reading Club
Please remind your child that the Early Bird Reading Club is on each day from 8.30am. This is an opportunity for students to get in some valuable quiet reading time. Every chance to read personal choice books can only help reading development and building reading abilities.
At Infants there is always an opportunity to read with the library staff. Stickers, books and lots of congratulations are always available. At Primary it is quiet independent reading in a warm comfortable space.

Tuesday: 3P and 4E
Wednesday: 4U and 4R
Thursday: All Year 1
Friday: Kindergarten - every week and all Year 2
Cycle B - EVEN weeks

St Edward's Library Clubs
The clubs include:
Early Bird Reading Club: from 8.30am every day when each campus is open.

Born to Buzz About Books - fortnightly at Primary
Thursday: Lego Club - Infants
Friday: Games and Lego Club - Infants
Encourage your child to be a part of our busy, happy, vibrant library community by occasionally joining in with any or all of these activities.
What day is the library open on each campus?
Primary: Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday every week.
Infants: Thursday and Friday every week.
Both campuses are open:
From 8.30am for Early Bird reading and sticker collecting; and Recess and Lunch in playtime for reading, drawing and various clubs. Students are also welcome to return and borrow any time the library is open.
