Year 9 Religion with Miss Calabria

On Tuesday 22 August, Miss Calabria's Year 9 religion class went on a religious walk to find and identify the many different religious symbols that can be found around the school. Many of the students found symbols, paintings or statues they had never seen before. During this walk the students learned about the founder of the Marist brothers: Marcellin Champagnat, and the founder of Sisters of Mercy: Catherine McAuley. The symbols for these two groups can be found on the entry doors of the front office.
