Metro service update
For families with students travelling on Metro buses, please check the below update or visit the Metro Tasmania website.
Metro has communicated that school services will remain unaffected and will continue to operate as usual.
Swisherr Hoops Academy parking
We have been advised by Swisherr Hoops Academy that as of Monday 28 August, only those with a paid permit or who are parking as a customer will have access to the Swisherr Hoops Academy car park.
In line with this change, customer parking will be free for those accessing the café or using the centre. The car park is not available for general public parking.
Please refer to the email sent to all families on Friday 25 August for more details on the Swisherr car parking policy.

Sustainability Fair
Will we see you at the Sustainability Fair?
Join us on Wednesday 13 September from 3.30pm-5.30pm and learn about how we’re working to support a healthy and vibrant community.
The fair will feature a range of hands-on activities on the College Green, including sustainability workshops, eco-friendly stalls selling handmade goodies and old-fashioned children's games.

Pre-loved uniform swap
We are on the lookout for donations of pre-loved St Mary's College uniform items for the fair's uniform swap stall.
You can donate as many pieces as you like, but they must be in good, wearable condition with plenty of life left to give. Accessories such as school bags, hats, scarves and gloves are also greatly appreciated, and all sizes of clothing are accepted.
Please drop off your donations to Murphy's Café or the Student Services Office in the lead up to the event. Thank you in advance for your contributions!
Music Gala 2023
You are warmly invited to join us in celebrating our students’ musical achievements at our Music Gala on Thursday 14 September from 6.30pm in the Nagle Centre.
This not-to-be-missed concert will feature performances from both our Junior and Senior School students in the choirs, string ensemble, rock band and concert band, along with our instrumental soloists and vocalists.
Music performed is varied and will delight all in attendance, so please come along and enjoy an evening of entertainment while supporting our talented performers.
