Celebrating Student Success:
School Public Speaking Competition
In Week 4, our school finalist students took to the stage to showcase their incredible public speaking skills in our annual Stage Public Speaking Competition. Each participant demonstrated confidence, creativity and courage as they spoke passionately on a range of topics. This ranged from inspiring personal experiences to thought-provoking global issues.

We are so proud of every student who participated and tried out. Preparing and presenting a speech takes time, effort and bravery, and each student should be commended for their dedication and willingness to share their voice.
A special thank you also goes to our parents and carers for supporting students with their preparation at home. This includes practising speeches, offering feedback and cheering them on. Your encouragement makes all the difference.

Winners from our school competition were Akira (Early Stage 1), Eliza (Stage 1), Sarah (Stage 2) and Juliana (Stage 3). Congratulations to all our speakers for representing our school values with pride at the network level at William Stimson Public School in Week 5. They are all winners for giving it their best!
A special thank you to Miss El-Khoury for all of her organisation and Mrs Gonzales and Miss Ta for being our adjudicators.
