During Term 3, Foundation to Year Two students extended their Mandarin numbers skills to count to one hundred and name 12 months and 7 days of the week in Chinese.

Year 3 and 4 students continued with their self-introduction in Mandarin. They focused on talking about their nationalities and their hobbies and interests in Chinese. They also ordered their own interests from the most to least favourite and conducted a class survey about interests and hobbies in Chinese.

Year 5 and 6 students explored Chinese cuisines and cooking methods and engaged in hands-on activities, including participating in a cooking demo, making and tasting fried rice and designing their own Chinese dish recipe.
To celebrate Father's Day, the whole school learnt related Chinese words and phrases and made origami and cards.
