Next week, on March 15th, we celebrate what would have been the 200th birthday of father Jules Chevalier, the founder of the Missionaries of the Sacred Heart. Father Jules was a man of great vision, who saw the importance of all people in helping spread the love of Jesus Christ – not just those who belong to a religious order.

Below are some quotes from Father Jules Chevalier that are worth considering in the lead up to the celebration.

A couple of weeks ago we launched our Project Compassion for 2024. This year’s theme is “For all future generations”.

Each pastoral group should have access to a box to donate any small change, and our funds from our BBQ events at the sports go directly to this excellent cause.
