P&F COMMITTEE CO-ORDINATORS NEEDED
We are calling for parents to help run the P&F Committee in 2024!
Elaina is stepping back from co-ordinating the P&F Committee this year and so we are looking for some parents/carers to help with tasks that allow the committee to continue to fundraise for WPS.
We need volunteers to:
- Co-ordinate the communication of events
- Liaise with supermarkets for donations
We are aware family life is busy and you are all juggling many roles so we do not want to create a burden for anyone. Our hope is that if many pitch in and do a single task each, then everyone’s collective efforts will produce success.
TOASTIES TUESDAY
Toasties Tuesday are back on. You can order your cheese toasties for lunch each Tuesday in Term One. Simply bring along your $2 and give it to your teacher at roll call and the toasties will be delivered to the classrooms at lunchtime.
If any parents are available to help out with preparing and cooking the toasties on a Tuesday morning please let Elaina know and we will add you to the roster.
ICE CREAM FRIDAY – 3.30pm at the Food Tech Window
Choc-coated Ice creams are back for Term One so bring along your $2 on Friday and they will be available for purchase at 3.30pm from the Food Tech Window. All profits will go towards planting out our new Community Edible Garden which is located along the end wall of the ELC Building. The P&F Committee are very excited to be able to finance this special space that the entire community will continue to enjoy.
This term we will also be adding Ice poles to the menu in addition to the much loved choc coated ice-creams. Don’t forget to bring your $2 on Friday, see you at the food tech window!
Cake Stall 🎂
The end-of-term cake stall is coming up on Thursday March 28th.
If you are able to bake some cupcakes, biscuits, slices, or donate some sweet or savoury treats for us to sell, please bring them to the kitchen (after school care room) in the morning (at drop off time) or around 1pm on the day.
All money raised supports purchase of school supplies.

MARKET DAY in MAY
Market Day in May is back again this year. We would love our parents and carers to support and encourage their child to register a table at our Market Day in May. They can sell second hand or homemade items at their stall to raise money for Windsor Primary School. It would be great to see some keen bakers selling their baked treats, future gardeners with their potted plants, or budding artists with their art and craft creations.
The event will take place on Friday 31st May from 4:00pm, and will include a BBQ dinner.
