YEAR 10 

Welcome back to Term 2. I hope both students and parents took the opportunity to have a conversation about Term 1’s academic successes and areas of improvement.  

I strongly encourage students and parents who have had a teacher request an interview, to take advantage of the opportunity to meet. This conversation can make a significant difference in helping your child be more successful. 

I was impressed with the feedback I received from employers and Ms Ambrose about the Year 10 students at Work Experience. Thank you to Ms Ambrose for all her work to make this valuable opportunity a possibility. 

I am excited that Ms Chrissy Borzi will be supporting the Year 10s in Term 2 in the Head of Year position as I move into another role at the College. Chrissy and I have already had several discussions about the upcoming school term and I feel confident the students will be in good hands.

The Pastoral Mentors and I will be going through the reports in the coming week so we can reinforce the conversations that were held at home.
