Grade Prep Report

Our Prep students have nearly finished their very first term of school and we are just so impressed at how quickly routines have been settled into, new friendships have been made and how much learning has taken place already!

Students have been busy learning letter sounds and sight words and practising their handwriting. They have also been counting and measuring and data collecting.

This week students have been learning about 2D shapes and their features. We went on a hunt in the playground to see how many shapes we could find in our own environment.

The students then put their artistic skills to good use, creating pictures from lots of different shapes. 

We think that they look pretty great!
