Snow Camp Testemonials 

The ski trip was a three-day camp to Mount Buller with 38 Year 11s. This was for all abilities, some who were already very skilled and others who were complete beginners. It was an incredible experience that taught all of us new skills and brought everyone together. This trip required resilience, patience, and kindness from everyone. These things are what made this experience unlike anything any of us could have imagined. We got incredibly lucky with the amount of snow we got, and it made our visit magical.

Are you wanting to go on the NHS Ski Trip in 2027? 

38 wonderful people and five great teachers made this year's trip so successful. 

We had three great days of skiing and snowboarding up at Mount Buller, filled with lots of great technique, laughs, and a plethora of tumbles.  

With such a diverse group of people, all at different skill levels it is so easy to find a group to fit into and feel comfortable around, even for someone like me who had never even seen snow before this trip. 

On Tuesday night we arrived up the mountain, then Wednesday morning it was straight to business. Waking up to the beautiful view of the mountains and getting to experience them firsthand with lessons for an hour, and free skiing for the rest of the afternoon going down both green and blue runs. We got to go night skiing, which is one of the most magical and scenic things I have ever experienced, even with the lack of visibility. Thursday and Friday were just about the same, just a little less time on Friday to head home. 

I am very grateful to have experienced the snow for the first time with such an amazing group of people, and to have had such a good time, and I would 100% recommend this trip to anyone and everyone currently in year 10, even if you are nervous or worried.
