Year 5 Camp - Golden Valleys Adventure Camp

Last week, from Wednesday 9 September to Friday 11 September, our Year 5 students attended Golden Valleys Camp in Flinders, Victoria.

The three-day adventure was filled with new experiences, teamwork and plenty of fun. Students communicated clearly, shared ideas, cooperated with one another, solved problems and encouraged each other when activities became challenging.

Camp also helped students develop their independence. They organised their belongings, followed routines, listened carefully to instructions and took responsibility for themselves and their groups.

Throughout the camp, students demonstrated our school values by showing respect, resilience and confidence. They created wonderful memories with their friends while learning more about themselves and each other.

We thank our students, parent volunteers and teachers for helping to make the camp such a memorable experience.
